The total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it is delivered to you. The delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1-2 days): the time required to prepare your item(s) for shipping from our warehouse. This includes item preparation, quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time (3-5 days): the time required for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

If you discover any defects in the skins such as fitting or glue issues, please send us images of the skins you received within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the images, we will discuss a replacement with you. The lifespan and fitting of the skins depend largely on proper application according to the instructions provided in the package. We prioritize delivering the best products and providing exceptional customer support. We are available 24/7 and will do everything possible to meet your needs. If you encounter any fitting or print issues with your order, the Decalz team will happily replace it with another item. We have observed that some individuals resort to defamatory actions against the Decalz brand on social media before discussing their concerns with our team. This is highly condemned, and necessary legal action will be taken against such behavior.




With the exception of any statutory cancellation rights, once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. Due to the customized nature of Decalz products, purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, or if the product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged, please contact us promptly using the contact information provided. You cannot cancel an order or demand a refund once an order has been successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the order date. If  fails to ship the ordered products. If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as soon as we are notified. Returns will not be accepted if a customer wishes to return the product because they do not like it or feel that it does not meet their expectations, as all products are custom-made after receiving orders. Returns will not be accepted if a customer wishes to return the product due to minor design and color variations. There will always be some variation in color between products seen online and products received. No refunds will be issued for packages returned without email confirmation.




If an order does not arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time frame, please use the contact information provided to notify us. We will work with you to process a re-shipment and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
