How to have your data deleted

Decalz keeps only the information we need to take your order, make your skin and deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address, e-mail address, and the messages you send us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

You can ask us to delete all of it at any time. Write to phonedecalz@gmail.com from the e-mail address you ordered with, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88832 89721, and say that you want your data deleted.

Tell us the order number or the phone number you used, so we can find the right record. We delete everything within seven working days and reply to confirm. Invoices that Indian tax law requires us to keep are the one exception, and those are kept only as long as the law says.

If you contacted us through Instagram or Facebook, this also removes the message history we hold for your account.
